How long will it take to receive my order?
- We make every effort to process orders within 1-3 business days of when they are received, followed by a 7-15 business days shipping period. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order!
Am I able to cancel my order?
- Unfortunately, we can NOT guarantee a cancellation can be made but if you just placed your order, contact us within 24hrs from placing your order, we will locate your order and make the cancellation. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to accept any cancellation requests.
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
- Please email us Elevatedcases@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. If the item(s) haven't been processed or shipped, we'll gladly correct your order details. If the item has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately there's nothing we can do. Please double check your shipping address at checkout! If you feel you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Will I receive a tracking number?
- Yes, of course! All orders include tracking once the order is processed (1-3 business days). Email us Elevatedcases@gmail.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is NOT your tracking number. Please be patient when waiting to hear back, I promise we're working hard to service you!
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
- Yes, of course! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
